Editorial Policy
World Right Now is an independent news-summary service operated from Michigan, USA. Our job is to help readers keep up with world and U.S. news as it happens.
- Sources: we follow established news organizations (including BBC News, The Guardian, and NPR) and monitor their published reporting throughout the day.
- Original summaries: every story on this site is a brief summary written in our own words. We do not republish other outlets' articles.
- Attribution: every story names its source and links to the original article, so readers can verify facts and read the full reporting at the source.
- Corrections: if a summary is wrong or out of date, we update it. Readers can flag errors any time through the Contact page.
- Updates: headlines and summaries are refreshed continuously as sources publish new information.
